Inbox
SOAMTAR keeps an inbox in your merchant dashboard to inform account administrators about important account and security events.
Where to find it
Dashboard → bell icon. Notifications can be marked as read individually or all at once.
The inbox belongs to the dashboard (signed-in users). It is not exposed through the API-key API: to automate actions on your server, use webhooks.

Webhooks vs inbox
- Webhooks: sent to your server to automate actions (e.g. deliver an order).
- Inbox: shown to the people who manage your merchant account in the dashboard.
